Fix EmitHighNarrow(), EmitSaturatingNarrowOp() when Rd == Rn || Rd == Rm (& Part != 0). Optimization of EmitVectorTranspose(), EmitVectorUnzip(), EmitVectorZip() algorithms (reduction of the number of operations and their complexity).
